Before scheduling your appointment:

Therapy: Due to state licensing rules, therapy can only be offered to residents of CA, CO, TX, and FL. Coaching is available to everyone globally.
Insurance: I am an out of network provider. Please check if your health insurance has Out of Network (OON) coverage before booking.
Sliding Scale: If you need to access the sliding scale, or if you are using Loveland Foundation Vouchers, TWLOHA Scholarship, or Mental Health Liberation Fund, please Contact Us. Please read the Note on Fees when requesting the sliding scale.
Payment: Credit, Debit, Venmo, Zelle, HSA/FSA are accepted. At checkout, you have the option to either pay the full session fee or a $50 deposit to reserve.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Visit

Lyra Health and ComPsych EAP only. If you are using your Employee Assistance Plan, please call your benefit plan to get a referral before booking. Appointments scheduled without first having a referral will be rescheduled until the referral is approved by your EAP administrator.
